Edexcel Politics ALevel (Can also be used for AQA) This is a batch of revision end of topic checklists AND glossary/ key word sheets for all topics: Constitution Congress Presidency/ Executive Supreme Court and Civil Rights Democracy and Elections including Political Parties I have created some topic checklists for each topic from the spec with key bullet points for students to traffic light their confidence including key words at the bottom. For US Presidency and Supreme Court/ Civil Rights I have also included key case studies as I know students struggle with these. Edexcel GCSE Superpower Relations and the Cold War This is my 4th lesson from Key Topic 3: The End of the Cold War but can be used as a stand alone lesson. In depth examination of who Reagan was, his ideas and beliefs and his policies including increased arms spending, rolling back Communism by funding guerrillas and the Strategic Defense Initiative (Star Wars) programme. Edexcel Politics ALevel but can be used for AQA or for US Civics lessons Third lesson in my series on the US Constitution which follows on from Origins and Principles. This lesson is based around evaluating the Constitution according to how fit for purpose it is. Includes all resources needed for a standalone lesson but will work best as a follow on from my previous lessons. Exam board: Edexcel but easily used for AQA also. This booklet has taken me a long time to put together but I am finally happy with it- all organised thematically. Section 1: Key words/ glossaries Section 2: Understanding causes of illness- Medieval -Modern Section 3: Treatments/ Medicines and Hospitals Section 4: Treatments/ Surgery Section 5: Prevention and Public Health Section 6: WWI Western Front All sections are ended with exam question practice/ questions are broken down to help students plan their answers rather than writing them all out in full. They also included modelled practice for tasks students need to complete and example answers for all exam question types.

These revision diagrams are filled in as knowledge organisers to use to help students plan out the answers to the 12 and 16 markers on the later slides. The first five are just knowledge and understanding ones almost like knowledge organisers but then the following ones are set up around 12 and 16 mark exam questions. Alevel Russia 1894-1941 OCR but can be used for any spec with Lenin. Very detailed resources on the effects of War Communism, impact and opposition to the Bolsheviks and the reasons why NEP was introduced, what the NEP was and successes and failures of the NEP as well as impact on the Bolsheviks includes Decree on Party Unity and hints about how Stalin used this later on. All resources are included, does not require any textbook/ additional worksheets. Also includes an example 10 mark Question about why NEP was introduced- Kronstadt rising or famine in the countryside. Many of the slides require the animations to reveal the info beneath. Covers all the aspects needed for the Rebellions against Tudors Breadth study/ Thematic for the Lambert Simnel rebellion 1487 vs Henry VII.
