I am a resourceful accomplisher, with an eye for detail, who loves a challenge and is unafraid to challenge or be challenged. I am motivated to learn and am determined to succeed in all that I do. I am equipped to succeed with great strength of will and an extremely inquisitive, organised, analytical mind. Consistently throughout my career, I have found and implemented tactics to achieve or exceed targets and solve business challenges whether working alone or in a team. With my wide range of past experiences over the last 6 years I have been able to forge a successful career in teaching, established myself as a leader of high preforming classrooms. I have achieved this by being a successful motivator, applying an inclusive and empowering style of teaching, based on excellent inter-personal and effective communication skills; coupled with a sharp, future orientated, strategically aware, and goal focussed. These are skills and qualities that I have acquired and honed through education.
