I am a qualified yoga teacher, trying to bring yoga to schools in an easy and efficient way. I think it is really important for children to do yoga as it helps to reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and concentration and is a really good way to stretch the body out from sitting at a desk for a long period of time.
