A review of some poetic techniques, ideally suited to Y7\Y8. This could stretch over quite a few lessons. Included in the presentation are some explanations of the various techniques and some activities. There is also an assessment at the end of the presentation that could be adapted to suit your needs. This was adapted from something I found many years ago and have always found it a useful resource. I hope it helps!
