This is a Scottish National 4/5 History lesson on the Year of Crises focusing on the Invasion of the Ruhr and Hyperinflation and touches on the Munich Putsch - a separate lesson looks at the Munich Putsch in more detail.
This unit of work is aimed at an S3 or Year 9 History class.
This program looks at the development of Apartheid in South Africa from early colonial origins, through the changing laws and governments, and finally to the end of Apartheid in 1991-1994. There are also two practice exam style source questions for the Scottish system with scaffolds on how to complete them in order to begin preparing them for their senior courses.
The criteria for the assessment are based on the Scottish system, however could be easily adapted.

This document is the full unit of work which accompanies the Scotland and the Great War resources also sold through my account. It provides more detailed instructions on how to use these lessons, and the differentiation between N4 and N5. It ties in with Bloom's Taxonomy and the N4/5 Outcomes.

It covers all the required topics students must know to be prepared for their exams, and includes regular practice source questions (including timed), scaffolds to help them improve on their responses, and a variety of tasks to help them better their understanding of Scotland and the Great War.

This is a full sequence of lessons to prepare Scottish National 4 and 5 students for their European and World topic on the Rise of the Nazis.
It includes a full range of activities and all lessons cater for mixed National 4/5 classes. It includes tasks which can help National 4 students meet required outcomes, and practice exam style questions and peer marking opportunities to help National 5 students best prepare for their examinations.
