This would be a fantastic resource for any teacher looking to embed exam skills with KS4 groups, ahead of exams. I have used these as extended starter tasks with mid-high ability groups, and it has supported pupils to be more independent and really hone key skills.

Begins with a quiz to test vocabulary and then develops into weekly sessions which: introduce a new word, break it down into 3 key areas (definition, recognition, and pronunciation), and then master the word.
