Students investigate the difference between savings and current accounts. Why it's important to start saving at a young age. Students link this with their life aspirations and setting short/long term SMART goals, a homework task to create a 'dream board'.

An interactive lesson where students work in groups to decide how the government should spend UK Taxpayer's money. Groups are presented with global/national issues which they must respond to and change their budgets - each time discussing/debating the impact their financial decisions will have on the UK. A really engaging and interactive lesson that can include everyone in some way.

Using mental health agencies such as TimeToChange, students explore the difference between mental health, mental illness, bust some common myths/stereotypes, encouraged to discuss issues surrounding MH/MI. How to respond to people who have MH/MI. A physiological look at the brain when someone is depressed, underling the impacts depression has on learning, memory and flourishing. Please note, some students can be sensitive towards this session. Consider your audience carefully, set some ground rules and provide students with a safe place to share thoughts, and/or exit the class if necessary.

A self-awareness session of analysing values and how they relate to racism and community cohesion. Included is a homework task where students make a 'gratitude card' to express their gratitude.

An introduction into what human trafficking is, the context in the UK. There are some confronting case studies in this presentation. A homework piece for students to investigate a little further. Please ensure you advise students of the sensitivity of this lesson.

An introduction to peer pressure, what it is, analysis of short/long term consequences for choices we make, saying 'no' and where to get help.

An introduction into what hate incidents/crimes are, how to report them and a discussion about the significant increase in reported hate crimes in the UK post the EU Brexit result. Ensure you create a safe and respectful space/tone to the lesson as there will be some heated debates in this. Set some boundaries/rules about how students express their opinions.
