FREE Room on Broom Creative Thinking (Green Hat ) Worksheets Make Guided Reading Fun! I love Room on the broom and I was amazed that this best selling childrens book did not have a lot more more teaching materials attached to it, and so I decided I would spend a week focusing on developing a set of Thinking Hat Reading resources to go with this book. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I have creating it. I would love to have some feedback from people after they have used it.

Gruffalo's Child is the sequel to The Gruffalo. The book is a wonderful book to use with the Thinking Hats Reading Strategy. I have prepared three fun worksheets focusing on the Feelings and Emotions of the characters in the story. I would love to hear from people who liked this work.

I thought I would extend it to also include the Keystage 1 classes. You can also click on the on the little heart on this page to say you like it. The images are not from the book, and you will still need to use the book to complete the reading tasks. I was surprised at how few reading resources were available for Room on the broom, and I am keen to promote Thinking Hat Reading skills in the classroom and so I have spent a week developing a set of worksheets which teachers can download and use in the classroom.
