Quite an advanced editing technique that takes time to complete. Will be perfect for higher ability students who feel confident on photoshop and want a challenge. The start to a Mark Herald / Natural form project that includes polyblock printmaking, presentation and the start to the construction of a cardboard bird. Layer blending and manipulation is so integral to photoshop that I try to ensure my students have a good understanding of these at the start of any photographic course.
