Most of my resources are aimed at KS2 (U.K. Years 3 - 6, aged 7 years to 11 years) The Units tend to comprise of mainly fact-retrieval (from the text) questions (literal as well as inference) The exercises are constructed so they would keep a guided reading group occupied for two to three weeks (one short session per day) and as the ANSWERS are included, this means a real 'time saver' for hard working teachers of English everywhere !

Set in six rounds (G.B., U.K., England + Scotland, Wales + Northern Ireland, E.U. plus a bonus CHRISTMAS round) Clues set out in ‘acrostic’ style e.g. The first letter of the ‘Great Britain’ round might say G : Which G is a city with the largest population in Scotland ? ANSWERS are then revealed on the next page. Could also be used within the family home (parties ?) or office social events etc Most of the questions are easy to slightly difficult though KS2 pupils might need the choice of using I/Pads or working in teams to answer some following research. Mostly Geography with a sprinkling of History + General Knowledge Q’s.
