This was designed for students to practice describing characters, although it can be implemented in different ways. ESL teachers may like to use it for working with adjectives!
The last 2 pages can be used as a Differentiated Instruction activity (one of the group activities is aimed at higher achievers) and also as a communicative activity: each group will complete a part of the organizer and then exchange information with someone from the other group :)

Nice worksheet for practising classifying animals. For students to complete this, I've used two methods in the past: either giving them a reading with the information or giving them instructions to do their own research. Answers included :)

✿ Great conversation starter to use with your adult students! I use it with elementary/pre-intermediate students mostly, though of course through follow up questions it can be used with higher level students as well :)
✦ Idea: Ask your students to answer the same questions about their partners/someone close to them, in order to practise Present Simple in the 3rd person singular.
✦ I’ve found it’s also a good idea to give some of these questions to small groups and have the students share their answers and personal experiences :)
