In this powerpoint find out what a polygon is, and learn one way to draw a polygon. This also covers how to calculate the interior angles of a polygon. Students will need prior knowledge and experience using a compass and protractor. I have used this to support students in drawing pentagons, hexagons, octagons, nonagons and decagons.

This resource contains 12 activities/work cards with answers. It is designed for lower primary students to practice their basic facts. Covers addition to 5, within 5, bonds to 10, subtraction within 5 and doubles to 10. Each slide/activity/workcard has 30 questions. Ideas for use Print and laminate a set. Then assign students a card a day as warm up, they can either record in their books or on the card with a whiteboard marker. Check their work with accompanying answer cards. Clean off card if they used a white board marker. Alternatively display chosen card on your interactive board for students to complete their books or on white boards as a group activity. Print 1 or 2 slides per page to create worksheets.
