A worksheet for teachers to reflect on their teaching practice and philosophy, and formulate goals for their own development for next year. This is a free resource which I hope will be useful to teachers–particularly those new teachers who are either trying to demonstrate their growth or develop their own practice. More experienced teachers might also find this resource helpful as they formulate their responses and engage accordingly.
