I have worked in education since 2009, navigated through several OFSTED inspections, adjusted to change in College Policy, nevertheless my view with regards teaching hasn't changed, teaching should be engaging, inspirational and challenging, activities especially in my subject area (Anatomy and Physiology) should have learners up on their feet and willing to engage, share and exchange information which should be linked to a career outside the classroom environment, seeing beyond the activity, putting teaching and learning into context is key to driving progress and achievement in any individual, all are capable in a given manner, its simply finding out what makes the student tick.
