My lesson on the Krebs cycle covering the stages and the role of FAD and NAD. A summary diagram can be provided to students before going through the stages to support students visually from the Oxford or Pearson text book. (Not included as its not my own diagram)

I’ve referenced against the CGP revision guide for easy access and included some useful links for where students can access past paper questions as part of their revision. This starts from the next of October and covers the entire spec.

A revision checklist for Edexcel B7 Coordination, control and homeostasis. The sheet includes student friendly spec points as a can do task sheet. Students grade each statement from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) based on their confidence. Students then start with the lowest points and complete each statement as an activity. Perfect to support revision home work or as a revision lesson if you have the time to spare.

A revision checklist / activity students can complete to identify their areas of weakness and strength to focus their revision. Really useful for both end of topic tests and in the final push towards the exam at the end of year 11.

A complete lesson on Magnification and the differences between the types of magnification. I print off the comparison slide for the two types of microscope and stick it at the back of my class room for students to refer to.

A Complete lesson for comparing animal and plant cells including identifying the function of organelles within the cell

A pack of 50 revision cards (questions and answers) for students to revise Photosynthesis as part of the Bioenergetics topic for AQA GCSE Biology paper 1. When printed double sided, the answers will be on the back of each question.

A set of revision question and answer cards students can use to support their final revision for Physics paper 2. These 35 cards cover the magnets and electromagnets topic (P7 from the Collins Scheme of learning).

A revision pack for the Genetics topic which forms part of AQA GCSE Combined Science (Trilogy) and AQA GCSE Biology’s Biology paper 2 exam. This pack includes an “I can” section then a series of activities which are linked to each statement for students to complete. There is also a glossary and mind map section at the back.

Two fill in tables to summarise the methods of contraception and their advantages/disadvantages. Plus a set of data for students to practice their graph drawing skills and data interpretation.
