Web based search activity requiring students to build knowledge of the British East India Company while developing search skills. Incorporates requirement to utilise sites from India and Britain to show different perspectives.Used for 'The 1857 Indian Mutiny' Case Study.

Mapping WW1 and Australia's involvement. Designed to give them some geographical grounding before a focus on the Gallipoli campaign. Students utilise the internet to find the locations of various significant sites for Australia from WW1. Also includes some source analysis.

Making use of online mapping program (instructions attached), students construct a tour of significant sites from WW1. Used early in lesson sequence prior to delving deeper into Gallipoli and the Western front to provide a good overview.

Using Otzi the Iceman as a case study, students use 2 websites to understanding of history as study of people and what can be learnt from a study of human remains.
