I am writing to express my interest in a teaching position within your esteemed institution. As a dedicated educator with over 19 years of experience, where I bring passion and expertise to the classroom. I hold a BA (Hons) in Geography and an MSc in Environmental Studies from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. At present, I'm pursuing my PhD in Demography. My academic journey has provided me with a strong theoretical foundation, while my extensive teaching experience has honed my skills in delivering engaging, student-centered lessons. Currently, I serve as a Geography teacher for public exam grades at Stafford International School, Sri Lanka. Additionally, I teach Travel and Tourism at advanced levels, guiding students through practical and theoretical aspects of the subject. My role includes preparing students for public examinations, mentoring them in their academic and career decisions, and fostering and enriching a learning environment.
