Thought this might help some people. Remembering the formulas will be the key to passing the physics exams. I have written out the formulas in words i.e. "The speed of a wave depends on the frequency and the wavelength. If either is bigger then the speed is faster." This can stimulate different thought processes especially if spoken aloud. Good starter and certainly can't hurt.
Easily be used as an exam or a large revision piece. 8 pages. Lots of equations and analysis. If you like it there are lots of others. Great to replace the lack of past papers. PLEASE REVIEW
This is part 10 of a series I have made in light of the scarcity of AQA papers. Lots of images, calculations and analysis. Will not stand on the toes of any other tests you have planned. Use as an assessment or a large revision exercise. Please look at my other work and REVIEW.
In light of the lack of exams for the new course I am producing these. Use of images from previous exam series. Lots of analysis and calculations. Could be used as an exam or as an effective revision exercise. Could be amended for combined science by taking a few questions out. Please review and look at my other examples. 8 pages
Part of an ongoing series looking at the new spec. Ideal for revision in light of the paucity of past papers. Lots of analysis, long answers and calculations. 6 pages. Please review and look at my other examples.
Chapter 18. Concentrating on electricity, magnetism, radioactivity and waves. Past paper images with new questions. 8 pages of good quality revision. Please review and look at others if you like it (Freebies if you don’t)
This is part of an ongoing series looking at physics portion of AQA. Lots of sums, analysis etc. 6 pages. A good lesson plus homework. Please review if you like it and look at my other stuff.
That's right 1000 questions based on the Trilogy syllabus but will work equally well for Synergy or separate sciences. These have taken an age to write. The Power Point format has a question randomiser built in. It was created with the Learning Scientists work in mind. I am sure you will find this super useful over the next 5/6 years an must be good value when the sale is on. Please review.
This is a power point I created inline with our new 5 minutes a lesson revision session. There are 345 questions applied to a random question generator power point. It covers every little factoid in the AQA syllabus. 10 questions at the start of every lesson. It is not broken into the topics but is in the order of the syllabus.
This is my second draft I will be using to deliver the new 2016 Physics and combined science module 1.
It needs exam questions adding and more assessment but obviously this can be personalised. 170 slides. Saves a lot of time me thinks.
This a power point that can be used to deliver the waves section of the new AQA. It comes in at 98 slides and will save you time. It will need tweaking for your school and personal delivery style. Assessment needs adding
Combined syllabus. Lots of circuits and calculations. If they can’t do electricity after going through this then they will be in for a shock. Please review and look at my other stuff. 12 pages 2-3 hours work.
This is my teaching power point for the new AQA course. Additional part for those teaching synergy on tumours.
100+ slides. Will save people lots of time. Needs assessment points but these will be school specific.
