These are the resources I have been using with my top set physics and combined groups. Nicely broken down into sections, starter, sums, facts, required practicals and exam practice. Students have requested sections to be added and I have done this. There are 23 docs with some overlap where I have done a F and H variant.
These contain the slides for the content on the 2022 exam. 243 slides. If you like it then the full versions > 800 slides are cheap. Biology, chemistry available too.
Find a trivial pursuit template and print off. Use the questions to play the game. I bought the pies/cheeses off ebay and the kids love playing it. Almost complete syllabus coverage.
670 slides covering the AQA combined syllabus. Pretty much exhaustive covering all of the content. This took a long time. I have done these for physics and KS3 as well. I used a simple version of this the last two years but the images really makes it ‘pop’ lol. I have it autolooping and used as plenaries. Easily broken down into topics. I have included answers if not obvious.
As part of my lockdown I created this resource for my department. 671 lovely slides looking at the whole of the combined physics syllabus. All required practicals, formulas and syllabus content covered; completely exhaustive. It scrolls and will make an excellent plenary activity. I have previously done a text only version and this was popular.
This took a while! Retrieval practice is the big thing in my school at the moment. Using the AQA KS3 syllabus as a base I have made a scrolling power point that covers all of it. Variety of question types. Looks nice and did I say it scrolls. Bargain.
I took the syllabus and stripped it down. I have then interleaved example questions at the appropriate points. Covers energy, electricity, particles and radioactivity. 24 pages. If they did all this then any paper should be a doddle.
Use as a review or preparation. This takes the topics from last years paper and applies them in new contexts. Most of my resources are number heavy but this one is more knowledge based. There are references to pages numbefrs in the CGP purple revision guide if they get stuck. A nice piece of work which my students took to well.
A revision exercise based upon paper 2 set 2. I have written new versions of the questions and finished with a few that didn’t come up. 8 pages. A good hour plus homework.
