Spanish Stem Change Verbs Matching Squares Puzzle O TO UE - Students assemble a 4 x 4 Spanish/English vocabulary puzzle with 15 common stem change verb infinitives. Just photocopy enough for a class set (1 for every 2 students if working in pairs, or 1 per student if working alone), cut and fasten with a paper clip. Distribute to students and challenge them to reassemble the puzzles as quickly as possible. Sample verbs are: dormir, volver, devolver, encontrar, almorzar, poder and more. All verbs are listed along side the puzzle in Spanish and English.
This crossword contains 14 clues for Spanish question words and 11 images for students to identify. Students are instructed to:
1. Write the Spanish translation next to each clue
2. Write a Spanish interrogative under each of the 11 clip art images
3. Complete the crossword

French IR Verb Infinitives 4 x 4 Matching Squares Puzzle - Students assemble a 4 x 4 French/English vocabulary puzzle with 25 different infinitives. Sample verbs are:

French Halloween Word Wall - This download includes 11 colorful 8 1/2 x 11 printable signs containing 39 Halloween words or phrases for the French or bilingual classroom. Each word has a corresponding clip art image to assist with meaning and enhance the appearance of the sign. Just print, laminate if desired, and hang where students can easily see the word wall.
The word wall is a great student reference and can also be used to present and review the vocabulary.

Spanish Greetings Conversation To Put in Order / Greetings Skit - This is an 18-line, 3-person conversation with greetings, introductions, leave takings, plus additional useful language that must be put in order for it to make sense. Additional phrases include te invito, cuántos años tienes, felicitationes, por favor, gracias, de nada, otra vez, vale, and me encanta. The scenario is a meeting of 3 people outside an ice cream parlor. As such, helado, vainilla, chocolate, and fresa are additional vocabulary words used in the dialogue.
The ordering activity can can be completed by students in 2 ways:
1. Simply write the numbers on each rectangle
2. Students can first cut the rectangles and manually put them in order, either on a hard surface, or the pieces can be glued to paper.
Other uses for the activity:
1. After completing the ordering task, students can practice and present the conversation as a 3-person dialogue.
2. The dialogue can be used as a written translation activity.

Students love these cooperative learning, hands on vocabulary puzzles! With this activity, they'll practice 14 colors, 3 patterns, and clair and foncé as they assemble a 4 x 4 French/English vocabulary puzzle. All common colors are included, plus argent, bordeaux, doré, and multicolore. Patterns included are à pois, à rayures, and éscossais. There are 20 different words all together. This activity includes soy with 16 different descriptive adjectives of people. Examples of adjectives are: feliz, trabajador, perezoso, inteligente, generoso, consentido, guapo, and atlético. Students will practice 3 forms of ser in the present tense with these activities. Each student mingles with a bingo grid and must find different classmates that can reply yes when asked about statements in each of the 16 boxes. Each box contains 2 short statements. Sample statements are, "Soy inteligente. Quiero ser médico en el futuro." When a student replies yes to the questions, the questioning student follows up by asking in Spanish for the student's signature. The goal is to be the first student to fill the entire bingo grid.
Also included is a follow up worksheet that requires students to:
1. Write a sentence for each of the 16 boxes in the grid. The student includes the name of the student that signed the box and must change the verbs to the third person.
2. Write an appropriate Spanish descriptive adjective under 6 images at the bottom of the paper.
These are fun activities for students learning ser and descriptive adjectives, and they're also great back to school get to know you / review activities for students with prior Spanish experience.

Use these signs to decorate your room and present, practice and review Spanish speaking countries and capitals. In addition to the official Spanish speaking countries, the presentation includes the U.S. and Puerto Rico because of the large number of Spanish speaking residents as well as Guam and the Philippines because of the Spanish influence in those 2 locations. Both Guam and Puerto Rico indicate that those 2 locations are part of the U.S.
There are 3 slightly different sets included in this product to give you flexibility in your classroom. The 3 sets are:
