Spanish Stem Change Verb Querer 15 Fill in the Blank - Students fill in the blanks of 15 sentences with forms of querer. The sentences included querer conjugations followed by nouns and infinitives, and the vocabulary and verbs are common words from day to day life. Sample verbs are jugar, comer, tocar and venir. Sample nouns are motocicleta, televisión, casa, and coche. An explanation of stem change verbs and a full conjugation of querer are included for student reference. The answer key is included.
Students assemble a 4 x 4 Spanish/English vocabulary puzzle with 14 common stem change verb infinitives. Just photocopy enough for a class set (1 for every 2 students if working in pairs, or 1 per student if working alone), cut and fasten with a paper clip. Distribute to students and challenge them to reassemble the puzzles as quickly as possible. Sample verbs are: pedir, encender, pensar, servir, merendar, despertar, and more. All verbs are listed along side the puzzle in Spanish and English. Students can use the list to practice vocabulary with partners. Spanish Weather Bookmarks - Que Tiempo Hace? - These bookmarks will remind students how to say key Spanish weather phrases, such as: What's the weather like? It's cold, it's hot, etc. Just copy, cut and distribute! There are 5 slightly different versions on the page.

Spanish Unequal Comparative Adjectives & Family Translations - Students practice Spanish unequal comparative adjectives such as mas que, menos que, mayor que and menor que with Spanish family vocabulary. There are 10 English to Spanish sentence translations plus 6 English to Spanish translations of unequal comparative adjectives. The answer key is included.
Students sketch and write likes and dislikes sentences using gustar verbs for 6 different sports. There is an instruction page with an example and a page for students to use to complete their Spanish sports sketches.

Spanish Time and Class Subjects Responses Worksheet - Students respond in Spanish to six 3-part questions pertaining to their class schedules and times. The first question asks the time of a class, the second asks the name of the teacher, and the third asks what the teacher is like. There are also 8 class subject clip art images to identify. Finally, students must list their classes in order. Since answers will vary, an answer key is not included.
Students practice Spanish family vocabulary while they translate 10 English to Spanish sentences with the verbs tener or ser with hair, eyes and descriptive adjectives. A word bank with descriptive adjectives is included to assist students with hair and eye descriptions. The answer key is also included.
Students write a Spanish vegetable vocabulary word under each of the 18 clip art images. This can then be used for reference, as a study guide or students can cut apart the pictures and use them as flashcards after writing the vocabulary words on the reverse.
