To help pupils recap key word classes in preparation for the SPAG test, I have created a simple PPT where pupils are given a sentence and then must label each word with its word class as well as identifying what type of sentence it is. It has proved extremely useful as a quick starter to a grammar lesson.
A lesson that I put together for my new Year 7 class all about using imagination to picture the world in a different way through the art of poetry. The poems they produce are always fantastic!
