Contains practice on identifying elements, compounds and mixtures as well as counting atoms. Great resource!
Summative project to show students’ knowledge of matter. Students will show understanding of states of matter, chemical and physical changes, the atom, periodic table, LOCOM, and separating a mixture.
Students create 12 panels individually OR in groups to create Bloom Ball Dodecahedrons. Includes prokaryote/eukaryote, plant and animal cells and their parts and functions, levels of organization, comparing organelles to organs, mitosis, cell transport and much more! Summatively assess your students’ knowledge of all things cells with this product!
Summative assessment or project for classification! Students demonstrate their knowledge of the six kingdom or 3 domain systems of classification! Fun project to complete individually or as a group.
Summative assessment or project for the human body systems. Students answer the following prompts with one system per panel:
General instructions:
For each body system, create a panel that includes at least one diagram of the body system or the main organ, the functions of that body system within the human body, as well as one interaction that body system has with at least one other system.
Things to consider:
What are the main structures of the body system?
What is the job of this body system?
How does this system work with other systems?
What happens if something goes wrong within this body system?
12 Biomes of the world, students illustrate their knowledge of the Earth’s Biomes. They provide the following information: Location, organisms, temperature, rainfall, food and water availability, interesting facts.
If you only teach 6 biomes, you can designate two panels per biome.
Short practice sheet that includes identifying crests and troughs, measuring wavelength, wave height and amplitude and comparing two different waves in terms of amplitude and frequency. Answer key included.
Create a foldable that allows students to take notes on the parts of waves. On the front cover label the parts, lift the flap and take notes! Product includes a cover page, blank template for students, labeled template and answer key. Also, you can increase the depth for high school or decrease for elementary!
Students use these 12 templates to create a Bloom Ball about Astronomy! This follows the Georgia Performance Standard S6E1. Students will look at geocentric and heliocentric views of the universe, the big bang theory, inner and outer planets, galaxies and our position in the milky way, asteroids/comets/meteoroids, and the moon.

The long-awaited sequel to my Adaptations and Symbiosis in Finding Nemo Worksheet!
One page, front and back.
Answer key included, also one page front and back.
Thirteen questions for students to answer while viewing the movie Finding Dory. The questions focus on the topic of environmental science, looking at everything from pollution seen in the film to the goals of the marine institute, and adaptations of the specific characters.
This is a bundle of all three of my Finding Dory worksheets. 12 pages total.
Each worksheet is one page, double-sided. Each answer key is one page, double sided.

Darwin, his journey, evidence for evolution, cladograms--it's all in here. Use actual locks and boxes, OR use this fun lesson with a simple envelope system! Enough problems for 6 groups of students, or more if you use the problems in duplicate. I actually made different codes and problems for each group. With locks: utilizes 3, 3-digit locks, one MasterLock combination lock, four boxes, some paper, and a lot of fun!!
I got the locks and toolboxes at Dollar Tree, or I also bought inexpensive unfinished wooden boxes. Your students will love it and want more.
INCLUDES:
6 different codes to get your students started (hide in room somewhere)
6 different cladogram interpretation problem sets for box 2's combination.
6 different ciphers and comprehension/study questions for box 3's combination.
6 different map analysis problems for box 4's combination.
TWO DIFFERENT (1 min or 2 min) Speed Bump Cards (color-coded) for each group. (So fun to throw a team out for a minute or two--also color-coded)
Hint Tickets/Cards for all 3 boxes, color-coded so you can keep track of whom you have given hints to.
