English - Key Stage 1 - Talk for Writing and DERIC
This bundle for 6 weeks of planning include Talk For Writing 6 weeks of plans - 4 lessons a week & DERIC 6 week plans and worksheets 1 lesson a week.
The Talk for writing sessions go through these titles:

Each topic is 2 weeks long. I currently use this planning in my SEN class which include Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 aged children.

Which Season Is Your Favourite?
This is a 6 week plan which includes the planning for 6 weeks, Worksheets for each lesson and PowerPoints to talk through with the class before.
It includes a title page which shows the key aims for each lesson, key language that is going to be used. The last lesson is a questionnaire to help you asses what that children have learnt during the 6 weeks and their understanding of each lesson.
Lessons include learning about:
Physical Geography
Identify seasonal and daily weather patterns in the United Kingdom and the location of hot and cold areas of the world in relation to the Equator and the North and South Poles
Use simple fieldwork and observational skills to study the geography of their school and its grounds and the key human and physical features of its surrounding environment.
Aim: To locate hot and cold areas of the world and able to name the Equator and North and South Pole
Aim: To identify the four seasons and how these relate to months of the year.
Aim: To describe what the weather is like during Spring and Summer
Aim: To describe what the weather is like during Autumn and Winter.
Aim: To observe, gather data and record weekly weather patterns.
Aim: To identify and explain similarities and differences between the seasons.
Within this large comprehension pack, containing 24 different lessons, you will see the DERIC layout to help children break down the different areas to look for when attempting a comprehension.

These quick and easy comprehensions can take place everyday within a 15min time slot and will strengthen your classes skills and knowledge.
This pack is based around Julia Donaldson; books, poems, biography and animals that link with her stories.
This is a great starter pack to introduce your children to DERIC in a broken down format lasting the first Autumn half term.
Addition Using Tens Frames
Here are 10 different worksheets all adapted for all levels. Here the children will be able to use the tens frames to help them add numbers together from adding to 5 to 10 to 20. There is also a doubles worksheet in there to help support this.

Understand that kindness is important and can affect
our lives for the good.
Know how to report bullying in your school
Know what a ripple effect is and that we want to
spread kindness this Anti-Bullying Week.
The lesson or assembly will begin with teachers acting out polite and welcoming speech/body language and then being strict and rude to the pupils.
Ask the children how they felt for each scenario.
These can then be written up on the board if available or on post it notes for children to put in different topic areas eg happy feelings and sad feelings.
You will then talk about what kindness is and who we can talk to within the school if we ever feel sad from someones actions towards us.
Video clips can then be shown and children can comment on the positive outcomes as well as negative (if there are any).
You will then conclude with a chain reaction of kindness where you can work as a school or class to promote acts of kindness within the school.
Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night/Fireworks Night Mega Pack
Within this pack you will get:
Blank lined paper with borders linked to Guy Fawkes there is also a space children can draw their own picture.
Cutting Skills activities. Children to practice those important fine motor skills by using scissors to cut out pictures or along the different lines.
Guy Fawkes story sequence. Children to follow the pictures and write the story of Guy Fawkes. The pictures are then blank for them to colour in.
Guy Fawkes story sequence. Children can either write the story underneath or cut out the pictures to use as flash cards for the children to re-tell the story in their own words.
Guy Fawkes Size ordering. Children will cut out the objects and re-stick them in size order.
Guy Fawkes Pencil control worksheets. Children will continue their fine motor skills and pencil control by tracing over the lines.

In this pack the children will be able to read the sentences and match them to the pictures.

Phase 2 - Sentence Flash Cards
In this pack you will have multiple flash cards with pictures linked all to the Phase 2 sounds.
Children will look at the pictures and be able to write simple words that they see or even be able to write a short sentence. This can be either completed on white boards or lined/plain paper. This is a great activity for independent writing.
You can also print these out twice to play snap or matching games.

Phase 2 - CVC Word Activites - Writing
