I used it with my classes but setting up kicking lines of cones and boxes of cones for passing. They then worked in partners to help provide feedback based on the information in the leaflet. Piloted on my most difficult class for behaviour (low level disruption/ being off task) and they were all fully engaged throughout the lesson.

A fun self assessment card, where the activities for the lesson are placed with a tickbox success criteria. Students will be achieve to achieve different points for each activity, and have the option of trying to top up their points by doing extra activities. At the end there is a grading system - bronze, silver, gold, diamond. Students then will rate themselves and answer the questions in order to self assess even further and allow for assessment for learning throughout.
I made it and used it for my lesson and the lesson led itself. Apart from a little bit of guidance I barely taught the students and they loved it.
