CEC Presentation is the main resource. Cause Event and Consequence can be taught as a story. The story of Thomas Beckett is a perfect example of an event that has different causes leading up to it. There are causes jumbled up and of different complexity depending on your class. There is also an opportunity to look at bias sources on the event if you are so inclined and can gather more resources.
