An editable task board, one has 4 steps and the other has 5. The circles are to tick off each step. I’d recommend laminating and then using a whiteboard pen on them.

I would print this off, laminate and stick to a desk for children to use.

You can easily edit this to make it work for your pupils.

This is a lesson teaching children how to take care of their mental health and showing both Childline and Kooth as possible outreach support. It could easily be adapted for any age up to 18 as the strategies are much the same.
