Been doing this rubbish for over 20 years now. Done most of it; Pastoral (Head of Year), Academic (Head of English), SLT (data manager - horrible), LA Advisory, and am now just a teacher while I do a doctorate. Interested in training a decent generation of teachers to teach my kids, getting young people to appreciate proper music and trying to find ways to do less marking without being moaned at.
