This 27-page revision guide covers all the content you need to know for the NEW AQA GCSE History component BD (Paper 2): Restoration England 1660-1685 (9-1). The guide uses colourful presentation and concise notes to enhance learning. Unlike other revision guides this is not waffly, instead it is comprehensible and it is arranged in the best way for revision. The content was made to exactly follow the specification, so you can have peace of mind that everything you need to know is here.
One of the biggest problems with revision is having disorganised notes and too many notes. This guide has all you need to know in one place so you will not have to learn more than you need to, which will save you vital time in your other exams.
It is organised into sections which exactly follow the specification and there is also an additional page of exam questions at the back. These questions intend to test what you have learnt and ensure you are prepared for any question the exam board could throw at you.
If this guide is useful for you, I have others available for all other GCSE History components available here https://www.tes.com/teaching-resources/shop/theinvisiblehand1/History and also more GCSE Maths and A-level History resources. With four of these revision guides you can make GCSE history simple. As long as you learn all of this content you will be prepared for anything in your exam and you will need no more revision resources.
NOTE: this guide does not include any information about the historic environment component.

This is a 153-slide presentation covering a total of nine lessons of work, which is designed to be the perfect introduction into A-level Economics. It covers a range of micro and macro topics. It introduces several main topics to make the transition into studying the topics in more detail in normal lessons easier. The presentation uses animations to make the various economic diagrams and shifts simple to understand.
HOW TO USE:
The presentation uses clear and concise bullet points so requires an accompanying narration by a teacher to guide students through these new concepts. There are also several youtube videos which can be played within the presentation. These follow slides to give some context to the different economic theories discussed. This is vital to express the importance of what students are studying. There is also a discussion section at the end of each lesson. This aims to provoke debate in a class about the theory which has been discussed. This prepares students with the skills needed when they will eventually move onto essay writing and makes the transitition easier.
DETAILS OF LESSONS:
Introduction into Economics: economic indicators/ role of government
AD/AS diagrams (included separate worksheet)
Contextual analysis: UK political parties/ overview of UK economy/ overview of other economies
Supply/ demand and free market economics (including diagrams)
Business cycle/ recessions
International economics
Other micro diagrams: tax/ subsidies/ consumer and producer surplus/ market failure
Demand/ Supply-side policies
Overview of exam technique and example questions
I have used this to assist teaching myself and found it extremely useful and well received by my students. I hope you will as useful as me.

This resource includes 15 worksheets on 15 key Macbeth speeches. I wouldn’t want to say for certain just in case, but it is very likely one of these speeches will come up in your exam. I recommended going through each of these speeches and annotating them. Fill in the three AO boxes with relevant information. Read and learn these sheets and you will be ready for ‘any’ Macbeth question.
