Poly Spot Fitness AMRAP Style (Easy Version)
Action packed workout for students to help improve their fitness, their physical literacy knowledge as well as adding some cross-curricular links with Maths.
This is a free resource to introduce you to the bundle package of 10 workouts.
The 10 workouts are suitable for all levels and ages as they are split in to three levels: 3 X Easy, 3 X Medium & 4 X Hard.
Each workout has an embedded 5 minute timer ready to go at the click of a button and each workout has it’s own challenge whether it’s the exercise itself, the difficulty in terms of the Maths (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division), as well as varied repetitions and time.
Finger Fitness Equation Challenge
Bringing PE and Maths together in this fast paced fitness activity. Here students will learn to put their maths skills into practice outside the classroom in a PE setting whilst also working on developing their fitness and interpersonal skills, working with other students. Great activity to use as a warm up to your lesson or as a brain break for your kids from their classroom environment.
Resource also includes 7 Gif stopwatch timers of various times from 10 seconds to 2 minutes in length.
