Dolores Documentary Movie Guide | Questions | Worksheet (NR - 2017) examines the life of Dolores Huerta: a dancer on the stage of justice. Think critically about concepts such as labor rights and environmental movements, boycotting, self-love and revolution, sacrifice and the importance of acknowledging and remembering Dolores. Finally, challenge students to write a 60 second speech as Dolores to persuade people to join the grape boycott using what they learned from the film.
This resource consists of 11 high-level, short answer and essay questions that will do more than just ask your students to regurgitate information.
