As someone who studied Balkan history and Balkan conflicts, I’ve designed few presentations on that topic, as I found out that many teachers have struggles to cover this topic because of its complexity. That’s why I tried to summarize all relevant events, in chronological order, selecting high resolution photos, charts and maps, in order to help you and your student understand background of the wars, its impact on civilians (war crimes, refugees, ethnic cleansing) and all other important details.
