This resource features 2 differentiated word searches, each with 2 versions, i.e. a picture only puzzle and one showing the words as well as the pictures. 4 puzzles altogether… These word searches can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. give learners a word puzzle to solve first. Then, let them test their memory and spelling later on by asking them to complete the other word search. It doesn’t matter which of the two puzzles learners start on. Please kindly respect that it took a while to write up the enclosed sheets, so be fair to me and do not pass this resource to colleagues unless you or your school have purchased the school licence for this resource too. Thank you. :) If you like this resource, please leave me a review and check back to see what else is new in my store at any time. Thank you. :) ©MosaiK

This pack contains 27 foundation tier photo cards as well as a presentation with 27 photo slides, cue cards, flash cards , a list of additional questions for each topic, a 28-page ‘prompt writing frame’ document with the same additional questions to encourage students to write up keywords and phrases for later revision. These prompt frames will also come in handy when students play the paperclip game - all information and necessary question lists are included, you just need to provide a paper clip and dice. :) Ever wondered what to do with those large plastic brightly coloured paperclips from your Christmas crackers? I hope you kept them :) A document with suggestions for use and differentiation is also included and will take you through each activity in this pack. The additional topic-based questions (for all 12 topics) will also help to prepare students for the conversation part of their exam. If you and your students like this resource, please leave me a review and come back to find out what is new in my store at any time. Please bear in mind the amount of time it took me to write up and put together all of the enclosed. Christmas German bunting

20 flags to decorate your classroom, corridor or other areas at Christmas. Each flag features a different Christmas-related word with a matching illustration. I am including the Publisher file as well as its .pdf copy for your perusal. Each page features 2 bunting flags to print and cut out. There is no particular order in which to hang this bunting, indeed you may like to mix up the order a bit as they will print in alphabetical order. Print on card or on paper and laminate the print-outs prior to cutting in order to strengthen them. If like me you like a no-fuss assembly, punch each flag at the top with a 2-hole punch, pull a string/ribbon through the holes front to back and to the front again - see example in the preview. A piece of sticky tape at the back will stop each triangle from moving along the string/ribbon. Please kindly respect the time it took me to construct the enclosed sheets. To be fair to me please do not pass this resource to colleagues anywhere unless you or your school have purchased the school licence for this resource too. Thank you. :) If you like this bunting, please leave me a review and come back soon to see what else is new in my shop at any time. ©MosaiK

Picture cards featuring all photographs from the workbook can be used for starter activities and plenary activities as well as for consolidation and later revision. A PowerPoint Presentation is included and has all pumpkin soup related tasks on individual slides. This presentation is included as a PowerPoint file and also as a .pdf file so you can transfer the slides to your preferred software. Obst Gemüse Fruit and veg 4 worksheets

Fruit and Veg in German: Students are required to describe pictures before answering 2 questions in more detail. These 4 worksheets are ideal for cover, independent work or to fuel discussion between learning partners. Although the worksheets are numbered, this is purely for teacher/student reference as there is no particular order in which they need to be completed. How about laminating these worksheets and let groups of students work on them to create a poster with a copy of the picture in the middle and their answers written around the edge? Then ask each group to present their findings. This could result in a good class discussion… Now, are tomatoes actually a vegetable or a fruit? Why can or can’t bananas grow where you live? Ostern: At two ability levels, this German Easter resource contains all necessary (chocolate?) ingredients for learners to resolve a puzzle. Cue cards with puzzle clues, answer cards with pictures and names, grids to enter their solution and more. There is a bi-lingual German-English vocabulary list to support foundation level learners depending on their ability and knowledge. The puzzle comes with a play mat onto which learners will place picture cards as they read through and discuss the clues and solve the puzzle. An answer grid in large or small formats will enable learners to eliminate combinations as they get closer to solving the puzzle. A document with suggestions for use and differentiation is included. This puzzle appears to be getting more difficult as it progresses, so always make sure your answers fit the clues on the cards!
