Another activity I use but could not include for GDPR reasons is guess the desk. Take pictures of your colleague’s desks and get students to guess which desk belongs to who.

Powerpoint includes overview of the paper, example of a 15 mark question (from the 2022 paper), outline of structure for each paragraph, example paragraph with explanation why it is good and a spot the mistakes activity.
I’ve attached the spot the mistakes activity as a worksheet (both pdf and word). Students will write mistake(s) under each paragraph and can also fix the paragraphs by deleting/adding stuff in. Space has been allowed for this on the sheet but can also be done ‘live’ on a teacher computer if preferred.
