Space has been allowed for this on the sheet but can also be done ‘live’ on a teacher computer if preferred.

Christmas Task inspired by a cheeky elf who likes to visit!
Students will be tasked with designing a scene for the elf to be discovered in. The scene must be based on a core study and have a purpose of getting the children to do something (such as tidying their room). The rationale behind the scene must be explained next to their design. I have given 6 suggestions (Milgram, Piliavin, Bandura, Kohlberg, Loftus & Palmer and Moray) but any study may work. I’ve also added an example of a design inspired by Chaney’s study.
Great activity as an end of term treat for students in line with Unit 2 of the OCR A Level Psychology course. Helps with creativity needed in applying research for suggestions in unit 2 section C and unit 3 section B.
