These are the presentations I used to introduce the graffiti topic to my year 10/11 art students. The presentations are interactive and enable a group discussion surrounding the ethical and social impact of graffiti writing. They also include a formative quiz to check the learning of the group. This is a child led document designed to focus on the positive behaviours of a child, rather than focus on the negative. The initiative is the 'catch' the child doing well and record it for positive reinforcement/reflection. This has worked wonders in my school*, let me know how is goes for you. *We have a 'catch me being good badge' that accompany the document. Making it even easier to spot the students we need to focus on/praise.

These (extention activity) worksheet include a variety of instructions for producing popular packaging. The students are challenged to produce an identical piece of packaging using any method they are comfortable with.

A worksheet designed to engage children in talking about themselves. This booklet can be used to reflect on home life and provide a supportive and nurture based intervention with children. The document helps break down the language barriers for children who suffer with social anxieties and behavioural difficulties. The booklet is fun, engaging and thought provoking for key stage 1/2 children. The outcome for the booklet is that children are able to talk about themselves and understand that home life and school life are both a supportive capacity to learning.

As a school we found that a lot of our lateness was due to poor timekeeping from the parents. As an intervention to challenge this we created a 'Parents Late Slip'. The idea was to make dropping off a child late to school an inconvenience for the parent; hopefully reducing lateness! The document is used by ask each parent who brings their child late to school to complete the slip. In our school we have printed this out on red paper (makes the late slip look bad!!!) and always 'forget' to get it out ready (increasing the time it takes to complete it) I hope this works for your school!!

These are the presentations I gave to my year 10/11 art students. These presentations were the source artwork and inspirations for their contemporary art pieces. The presentations include large scale images and videos of the artists*. There is also a review sheet for the students to make notes on for later reference. The presentations enabled us as a group to host large debates and discussions around the formal elements of the pieces. *All artwork used in the presentations are the artist own work!!!!!!

A range of Microsoft application based tasks to use as an initial assessment for ICT. These tasks use a wide range of ICT skills to challenge the students upto a level 2 qualification. Based on the NOCN ICT user skills mark scheme.

This is a child facing document designed to engage the children daily on their targets. It is really simple to use and super clean/fun looking. Create a S.M.A.R.T target for the child (perhaps involve them in the decision making to add child buy in). Set an achievable target in the star (three times this week), and then put it in a place where the child can track it daily by circling the smiles. For added longevity, laminate the document and then you can draw/write on it forever!

Part-time timetables in schools can offer support to vulnerable pupils, but their use is defined within the UK Education Law. By providing part-time options, schools can accommodate a wider range of students and support their individual needs and circumstances. This document aims to enable a more inclusive and accessible learning environment for all students.

This document has been produced to provide a child with the opportunity to break their behaviours down and implement strategies to support and avert a ‘crisis’. The document also provides a great opportunity to share individualised good practice and provide ongoing support and professional development. I have found this document useful in explaining to professionals the different stages of negative behaviours and suggesting ways to support. This document has been used as part of SMART and SMART+ plans. The document is based upon the research of Robert C. Chandler, Ph.D., internationally renowned crisis communication expert. He states a crisis has six stages: 1) warning, 2) risk assessment, 3) response, 4) management, 5) resolution, and 6) recovery. Certain incident types, have very distinct warning phases and therefore can be prevented.
