Range of short and full lesson activities, huge element of competition to encourage engagement from all students. These games/ activities are TRIED AND TESTED, students regularly ask to play them again - each PPT has instructions on how to play them and a model which is easier to adapt for new topics or even your second/ third language.

Just under a full half terms worth of resources which look at developing writing skills. A lot of lessons are named BOOST - this is because the sequence of lessons supports response to marking of smaller bits of writing - however, there is a WAGOLL included in case it's not been possible to mark. it was developed to showcase the benefit of formative assessment and show students how little tweaks can really improve their grade. There is also an assessment included and follow up lessons.

I developed this worksheet to support students (at the beginning of the course) when developing their ideas in different tenses, some weaker students still refer to this and I regularly see students get it out to use it. Worksheet explains how to form regular verbs in the following 6 tenses: present, simple future, proper future, imperfect, preterite and conditional. It also includes common time expressions for that tense.

* Inductive starter so students work out how the speaking exam works (Information search activity) * Analysis of common issues before the exam - reflection opportunities for students to assess how they will sufficiently prepare for the exam * Experiment which proves revision aids vocabulary recall (2 options for the task, either an online resource to do as a class OR pair/ independent dominoes with useful photocard vocabulary - this includes prepositions of place vocabulary) * Example photo card for students to prepare as they would in the real exam * Some support on how to structure their bullet points (I have invented a formula which helps students easily develop answers with opinions, reasons, development and further tenses) * Links to a great online resource which students may use at home to revise vocab further

7 pages looking at sentence structure/ how to incorporate higher level language and 2+ tenses , I have developed a formula in line with the AQA specification (requirement advice for the Grade 5 and above) - this formula is easy to follow and helps student ensure their answers are developed well. It includes formulas for 4 tenses (present, imperfect, future, conditional) which are easy to follow and covers multiple topics (mi barrio/ el medio-ambiente/ la salud) and the activities increase in challenge, there are also tasks throughout that get students to practise each formula.

Main focus of these lessons is the difference between the 2 past tenses, in the context of Spanish customs/ festivals lots of challenging grammar activities plus some bonus activities on the topic. These lessons were developed to teach a MA group targets 4-8

Students will need a grammar booklet with verb endings/ tables to complete tasks as it is very challenging did this with a MA year 11 group and all were stretched there are support slides throughout to aid students increases in challenge as the lesson progresses - the final activity incorporates lots of higher level infinitive phrases so is a good opportunity to review rules as a class.

developed for my PM - Loads of activities and games/ competitions activities to develop a range of skills: *problem solving * collaboration/ team work * recalling vocab * applying knowledge * producing higher level language * synthesising understanding of topics/ grammar having FUN!! and engaging with the curriculum some are one activity , some last a whole lesson. I have trialled all and adapted to improve further. These are activities that boys in particular ask me to build into future lessons. Hope you find them useful :)

I regularly adapt this for LA groups or give to lower students in MA groups. The best thing about these resources is how easy they are to adapt AND they have been successful in all variety of groups not just LA and MA.

Interactive lesson with a focus on inductive learning/ practise. I have done this primarily with A level but have also taught it to some MA students for GCSE. the resource works really well because it encourages them to conjugate a range of vocabulary in all perfect tenses and allows students to work in their books but also orally due to the competitive sections of the lesson.

Mix of Low ability and GCSE (Higher) resources (Mostly KS3) The activities for GCSE are very challenging - the KS3 resources are aimed at Lower ability BUT there are challenges throughout AND still a range of tenses and fun activities.
