Digital Two week Planner - 2 staff

Want to take the stress out of planning? Need all of your resources in one place? Sharing classes? Need an easy way for your technician to find the recipes? Have a non specialist teaching in your department? We use this digital planner which is shared via Google drive to all of the department. We populate with our timetable and then copy the weeks for the term. We also colour code our lessons for each Year group. Write in the topic/theme/recipe chosen for the lesson then insert a link to the lesson ppts. This makes it easy for all staff to have an overview of the lessons going on in the department and saves a lot of time when looking for resources. It also allows the technician to quick and easily find the recipes needed - I plan half a term in advance! If you are sharing classes it makes it easier to follow the lessons over the half term and if you teach on rotation, you can just duplicate the lessons each half term. Copy the tab to create a new tab for each half term - this will save you lots of time and will make life easier for everyone!
