County Lines / Child Criminal Exploitation Project PSHCE KS3-4

This is a resource I have created as part of my new role working as a Youth Justice Worker with young people in the community. The project covers in detail: County Lines Child Criminal Exploitation It is designed to be used in one of two ways: As a full programme / scheme of work - this can be fully printed into booklets (all pages printed) As a full programme / scheme of work - with only the worksheets printed and the rest of the pages used as PowerPoint / visuals As one off lessons / interventions - parts can be printed or used ad hoc I have included a project overview at the start, with learning outcomes and descriptions of each task. The resource is quite bulky and was created on a Mac. I have added to this resource a PDF and PowerPoint version. Due to differences in fonts, the PowerPoint version may look different when opened - hence including the PDF version as well to keep everything as designed. Please feel free to ask any questions :)

KS4 WJEC Hospitality Unit 01 LO2 - The Catering Kitchen

I have started to create my own resources for Unit 01. As I create the lessons, I will upload them individually. Once I have a full Learning Objective uploaded, I will create a bundle! PLEASE NOTE: The Food & Nutrition resources were all designed in the 2020-21 academic year when I taught this subject. I have since left the role and have not been back and checked for any links that no longer work. This resource is from LO2: Understand how hospitality and catering provisions operate L1 - The Catering Kitchen Please note: The majority of the lessons are designed with online learning in mind, due to the current circumstances. They are easily adapted however, to work when practical lessons are back up and running! If the formatting is off when you download it, this may be due to my font choice, I apologise in advance (Century Gothic). Any questions please ask me :)

Fact Sheet - Spiritualism - Conversation Starters - Key Information

(0)
I work for the Leeds Youth Justice Service and I have created a series of fact sheets called ‘Conversation Starters’ to help other staff in the service with key information about religions, countries, cultures and languages. They are designed to be quick guides and allow staff to read up on various topics prior to meeting with / working with families and young people. The aim is to help with any misconceptions and to also know of any special etiquette, etc. that should be adhered to. Plus to help with topics of conversation! In the religions series I have created: Atheism and other beliefs Buddhism Christianity Hinduism Judaism Paganism Rastafari Sikhism Spiritualism (this sheet) Islam Please note - I have added the PDF and PowerPoint files. The documents contain some references to Leeds links which can easily be modified or removed. The Leeds YJS logo is also on the document so this can be replaced / removed. As well as selling each individually I will sell them all as a bundle at a discounted rate, once I have chance to upload them all!

Feel free to contact me with any questions and feedback! I will be continually adding similar resources as I produce them. **I have uploaded these as PDFs due to the large file sizes and to avoid any of the elements moving on the designs. These are a series of worksheets and information I have collated into a full project. The theme of the project is MASKS & IDENTITY Within the project, there are a number of mini sections relating to different mask types. Available worksheets: Artists - Cindy Sherman / Marcus Coates / Haus-Rucker-Co Cultural Map Day of the Dead Drill Music Festima Filipino Dinagyang Halloween Music Superheroes Symmetry Venetian Carnival Each upload contains a PowerPoint and PDF. KS3 Graphics / D&T COVER LESSON - Memphis Design

This is a cover lesson I created due to me being off from school. It is aimed at KS3 students, either in Art & Design or Design & Technology. The theme is Camille Walala and Memphis Design, with rebranding. I know how stressful cover lessons can be to create when you are not well, so hopefully this will help! The PowerPoint contains a school specific teaching tool (purple zone, which is designated independent time to work). Please feel free to modify as you see fit! Any questions please ask.

Art / Graphic Design / Technology Design Movement Worksheets

A series of design movement worksheets I have created for use in my lessons. I use these alongside the NCFE Level 1/2 in Graphic Design, however they would work well in KS3 and GCSE curriculum, perhaps as a homework task. Would suit Art & Design, Graphic Design and Design Technology subject areas. Have also uploaded some more Art based worksheets of the same style.

A series of worksheets designed to encourage higher order thinking in the classroom I currently use these with young offenders, however they would work just as well in a mainstream classroom I designed them with a creative subject area in mind (given that I deliver Graphic Design), however they could work in other subjects as a creative and cross-curricular starter!
