Approximately 25% of the worksheets in this book closely model activities from BGB 1, such as Full Stops 1 & 2 (pp.68-69). The material begins at the beginner level with alphabet worksheets, gradually increasing in difficulty while remaining at the Elementary (A1 / A2) level. Only towards the end do things become “tougher,” introducing articles, conditionals, and phrasal verbs. However, there’s no need to worry—all the answers and notes for use are included at the back of this book. English teachers can effectively use Big Grammar Book 2 in the classroom, although it may be more beneficial to assign the worksheets as homework, allowing students to concentrate on speaking, listening, and group work—essentially producing language—during class time. This resource is also ideal for private study, whether for homework or self-study, and is well-suited for use in online lessons. Teachers are encouraged to adapt the worksheets, treating many pages as templates for creating their own activities.
