The CSSE is a higher level 11+ paper. A CSSE style 11+ English comprehension paper, with the text taken from Castle Gay a book by John Buchan. This version is a version modelled on the CSSE 2024 english paper which includes 40 marks for the comprehension (the VR is now not part of the grammar school consortium test). This is a paper which has been used to support our own 11+ students preparing for the CSSE exams in the past. (Mock paper 8 from the 2024 series.) It is a FULL english paper (1 hour paper plus 10 minutes reading time) which includes a comprehension and the continuous writing section. Answers are included.

The CSSE (2008) is a standard level 11+ paper. A clone of the 11+ CSSE maths paper from 2008. Whilst under copyright rules I would not be able to share the original CSSE 2008 maths paper, a cloned paper of varying levels looks at the maths concepts to enable students to build their understanding and skills gradually. This is the easiest version of the 2008 Maths CSSE paper. The answers are included. There are 4 other versions of this paper available for purchase and each one gets progressively harder. I am a qualified secondary school mathematics teacher who has provided bespoke 11+ tuition and resources to help many students over the years achieve their school places and academic scholarships.
