The text is quite challenging in term of grammar as I will be using some sentences from the text to stretch my most able students (analyse “après avoir regardé”, for instance.

I created cards for students to use to learn new French idioms. (more than 100 idioms available!)
Most of them are idioms but I also added some sayings commonly used in France.
What I do is that I give one to each student, they write it down in their exercise book (French + English translation), if they manage to use it effectively in a writing or speaking, they can tick it off and get a new one.
