Jack and the beanstalk: Innovation Planner Story Board KS1

(0)
KS1 and Kindergarten For use with Jack and the Beanstalk. This story board planner is best used when printed in A3. Clear guidance is given at the top of each box for how to innovate each part of the story. When I teach this unit, I brainstorm and model each part before I ask the children to record their own ideas. I have included an innovation map, which the children can use if they are stuck for ideas. It might trigger their imagination!

Cut, order and stick the activities. Writing captions for the first half of the images Writing for the second half of the activities I usually ask the children to colour after they have met the objectives for that session and finish colouring in at the end. Black and white. No colour ink needed!
