It then looks at the reactions with haloalkanes and acyl chlorides and the reaction mechanisms behind both. The lesson then looks at the reactions of the nitriles and how they can be used in organic synthesis. The final part of the lesson looks at the reactions with benzene and how additional side chains can be added.
