A wonderful little folding booklet that can be used to help children transition into new classes as they share things about themselves with their new class or new teacher. instructions: Print on A3 Fold 3 times in half to get 8 boxes. when folden in half on the short edge, cut along the faint dotted line from the fold to the next intersection open up and fold lengthways push the sides together to create a folding booklet (this is me on the front)

Children can decorate and fold their templates into magical transforming words before their very eyes! 21 homophone pairs included. see/sea, son/sun, one/won, bare/bear, read/red, hear/here, right/write, blue/blew, night/knight, quite/quiet, witch/which, piece/peace, missed/mist, except/accept, bury/berry, rain/reign, board/bored, who’s/whose, grate/great, meet/meat, their/there Instructions: Print onto A4 or A3, setting the print to full page (not to printer margin) Slice in half horizontally (2 templates per page) Fold in concertina along the vetical lines Children can then colour in the alternate sections. Howdy partners, It’s time for the most rootin’-tootin’wild west multiplication shoot out! Get your fingers on the triggers ‘n’ get ready to fire your pistols. It’s time to show you’re the sharpest shooter in town! A fun, themed multplication game where children can compete to be the faster gun slinger as they develop their multiplication recall. Game includes random number generators for up to 12x12. Either use a set times table by clicking through the first number until you find the table you want or play randomly. For preference purposes, an alternative version includes a hover over the number ability (rather than clicking) Music included that plays across the slides. various ways to play: 1- children are back to back and have to turn round to shoot the answer at their partner 2- 2 teams: each child on a team has a set number of ‘bullets’. They choose when to use them by throwing hand up and shouting bang. The fastest hand gets to answer. A point if correct. If hesitation or wrong answer, it goes to the other team. NOTE: Make sure you enable macros when given the option as this will allow the randomisation to function

Sorry-ish! X-Tables! This set of 4 board games is a brand new and unique way to develop your childrens’ confidence with their multiplication facts. Using the classic game of Sorry! (with a times tables twist), the children need to get their 4 coloured counters around the board and safely home to win the game. When landing on each square, have your children share the answer to the times table to the group. Pack includes 4 games: GAME 1: X2, X5 & X10 GAME 2: X3, X4 & X8 GAME 3: X6, X7 & X9 GAME 4: X7, X11 & X12 Cards Instructions All you need to add is 3 (or 4) counters of each colour per game. Pupil self-editing is such an important skill and requirement, yet it can be such a challenge to motivate young writers to spend the time doing it. This powerpoint and poster set is an exciting way to inspire the children to self or peer edit, as they are encouraged to visit each area of the Wizarding World. Teach children the magical Defence Against the Dark (teacher) Mark! ‘You could do with heading to the Quidditch pitch’ is a far more exciting way of saying ‘Go check your puctuation!’ or ‘Why not visit Honeydukes and see if you can pick up some tasty sentences!’ or ‘Head over to the Platform 9 3/4 where the journey begins and see if you can add a more magical opener!’ You could use these ‘stations’ to teach each new SPAG unit. Edit each powerpoint slide to add specific areas/ devices for improvement or use the examples show. Once happy, export the slides to pdf’s and use them as physcial stations. Or simply use the PDF posters included.
