Over two hundred knowledge recall questions and answers for the American West Edexcel course (9-1).
There are two versions of the booklet
-a peer / self quizzing booklet with the questions on one side of the page and the answers on the other.
a parental edition with the questions and answers on the same page so parents can easily aid revision at home.
There is a section to keep track of quiz scores to track student progress.
Unit of work for introduction to Food Hygiene. Powerpoint for each lesson, booklet to go with powerpoints, ingredient listsand student friendly methods for practicals. All fit 1 hour lessons.

1 lesson used for Key Stage 3 full lesson and GCSE revision
Worksheet with logos of different issues (organic, fair trade, local, free range etc) and dietary needs (lactose free, allergens, halal, kosher etc)
Students to work in groups to explain each as much as they can
