These resources, designed with the EYFS and KS1 curricula in mind, boost children’s literacy and knowledge of the world around them, with an engaging theme of Caribbean wildlife.
The word search asks children to find and mark off 10 animals found in the Caribbean region including the pelican, flamingo and hummingbird. Each animal name is hidden within the grid, ensuring a challenging activity that will enhance spelling and vocabulary. For peer-assessment and self-checking, an answer sheet is provided.
