I love teaching maths and find it beautiful, useful and interesting, and make every attempt to imbue that enthusiasm in my pupils. I only upload resources to TES that I think are half-decent -- I have many lessons that upon reflection need extensive reworking before delivering again, or are too reliant on school-specific policies or resources to be useful to others. When planning I always start by looking at others' resources that I can lift or adapt, and much of what I upload is derivative in that respect. When I upload a resource or full lesson I always try to ensure that I reference the work of others and make it a point to review any resource I have adapted and subsequently uploaded myself. I don't charge for my resources because I believe that quality teaching is an inherently iterative, adaptive and ultimately collaborative process. I particularly value feedback from those that have delivered my resources and have constructive suggestions for further improvements.
