<p>This 20 page booklet contains all the RWI Green Words. (1.1 - 1.7)</p> <p>The aim of the booklet is to practice the spelling and writing of the words.</p> <p>Each sheet contains 6 words and 3 opportunities to trace and say each one. It also contains the checklist so teachers/parents can ascertain and keep an accurate record of when learners have accomplished learning each word.</p>

<p>Mark Making worksheets are the first steps when teaching children how to write letters</p> <p>It can help improve their fine motor skills can boost confidence to encourage using a pencil.</p> <p>To make the activity fun, have children choose a different colour pencil for each section. <p>I Spy activities are are a great way to consolidate number recognition and writing. Even more so when they’re themed.</p> <p>These are a great way for EYFS students to engage in the Maths curriculum while also becoming excited about Halloween. Students find all of the Halloween items , then count how many times they can spot them in the picture. <p>This is a great resource for EYFS/KS1 learners.</p> <p>They are useful as they help your students build a better understanding of their first sounds. They can see different examples of letters of the alphabet and it tests whether your students know what each word begins with. This helps them to work out the sound of the letter.</p> <p>This activity also boosts their knowledge of sounds. They might have seen one of the pictures names written down and it gets them to associate different alphabetical letters with different images. Having space to write the letter gives your class a head start with spelling too.</p> <p>There are two versions of this activity; one to trace, for those learners that are still working towards forming their letters correctly and one activity to write, for those learners who can independently form letters correctly.</p> <p>This is a .pdf resource. <p>This is a great booklet to help initial phonics sound practoce and writing</p> <p>The booklet contains one sheet per sound.Each sheet has the sound, the rhyme associated to writing the sound and two activity boxes for practicing writing the sound.</p> <p>I use these sheets a lot at home with my wee girl who loves mark making and writing. <p>This activity is great to use at the start of term to find out more about your students. It gives them the opportunity to tell you all about themselves.
