What is the story of the big equation

Maths Revision Sheets

Here are two sets of revision sheets created using my PLC sheets generator. They were created by just entering question numbers into the excel sheet. The file generates ten, ten question sheets which pupils can use in combination with PLC sheets. I use these sheets to give individualised revision to pupils, or get the whole class ready for an upcoming test. One of the most effective uses is to revisit topics after a test. The generator will be uploaded for sale, but I wanted to give examples of the sheets created, which took about 2 minutes in total. One was made for a year 11 class following a test, the other is a mock up of one which could be given to a pupil. Search for PLC sheet generator for the full file.

Pupils must come up with a hypothesis and test it, perfect practise for GCSE statistics coursework or just revision on sampling or different types of charts. The data is more than simply randomly generated numbers and there are links between the variables for eagle eyed pupils to discover, however they may not always be watch you may expect! There is also a simply little PowerPoint to accompany the data

Random numeracy Sheets

(0)
A set of 100 sheets on the "basic" numeracy skills, or at least the ones I would want all my pupils to have. THe sheets and most the answers generate automatically, either print the first sheet off each day or create a booklet. This could work brilliantly as once a day booklet to improve numeracy skills of SEN pupils. Simply print of all of the sheets, design a school specific front page and send home. Hope you find it useful.
